Xposure hits the press
Taken from the Ealing gazette. One of my creations continues to snowball. Jen and Sam have worked real hard to push this brand and make the show their own while being a growing platform for UK music .

As the auditions for the latest series of X-Factor get underway and the predatory shadow of the Cowell factory dominates the musical horizon, exasperated independent UK artists might be left wondering what outlet could be available for them – or more importantly, their music.
That’s where the Xposure show comes in. Westside Radio has always been committed to providing a platform for fresh talent, and this is exactly what the Xposure show offers: a unique sharing space where the most exciting and groundbreaking new artists can showcase their work.
And now the show has relaunched, hitting the airwaves bigger and better than ever. Presented by Dynamic Jen and Sammy Jay, Xposure is devoted to helping new UK artists gain wider recognition by promoting their music via a range of avenues. As Sammy Jay says, the show gives the girls “the opportunity to play the music we really believe in!”
As well as giving them radio play, Dynamic and Sammy help artists get management and distribution deals, as well as helping them network with more well known artists. Says Dynamic: “Westside Radio is a great station that gives aspiring DJs and presenters the opportunity to air their talents and helps them get a career in the industry.”
However, it doesn’t stop there – Xposure has also played host to a range of established UK artists such as Lethal B, Jme, Skepta, Chipmunk, Wretch 32, Ghetts, Gfrsh, and the coming weeks will see some wickedly exciting guests descend on the show, including chart topping artists Doctor and Ozzie B.
Dynamic and Sammy will also be keeping Westside listeners updated on the global music scene with a brand new US correspondent, Mercedez Millionaire. Hailing from Diva TV, she will be providing weekly industry gossip and media insight into all things stateside.
So, how can you get involved? If you’re a new artist making music that you think deserves to be heard – get in touch! We want to hear from all kinds of artists regardless of genre – so whether you’re a folk soulstress or an aspiring rock god then send your details through (contact info can be found at the bottom of the article).
