MyFoxDetroit: WARREN, Mich. – Workers at the Caesarland were shocked to find a three-year-old boy all alone on Saturday night. He was left behind after his birthday party ended.

The birthday party was a celebration at a Caesarland in Warren complete with pizza and presents. It was a Saturday filled with fun, that is until the three-year-old found himself alone at about 9:00 p.m.

“The party ended at around 7:30 p.m.,” said Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer. “This is being treated as a criminal matter… There’s neglect. There’s abandonment charges possibly coming.”

36 hours passed from Saturday night until Monday afternoon when the boy’s father came back to Caesarland looking for him. Since Saturday, the three-year-old boy has been in the custody of Child Protective Services. Monday, the parents gave the following explanation to police.

“The father is indicating… that he thought that the mother had picked up the three-year-old. They’re separated, but they live in the same apartment complex. The mother is telling us that she thought that the father or grandmother had taken the three-year-old home,” Dwyer said.

In nearly 50 years as a cop, Dwyer says this is one of the most outrageous and disturbing things he has seen. The three-year-old is not being released from foster care until further notice.

“How can they forget or assume that the other parent for two days has their son? I mean, there’s no excuse for this,” said Dwyer.

Warren Police have turned over their findings to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office. They will decide if there will be criminal charges.

PHOENIX – Rapper DMX was sentenced Tuesday in a Phoenix courtroom after he was arrested for testing positive for drugs and violating his probation.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was recently arrested on five counts of violating his probation.

The probation officer alleges DMX violated terms of his probation by using cocaine and not completing required treatment. He apparently failed a June 2009 drug test.

The arrest was just the latest in a string of arrests for theft, drug possession, and animal cruelty.

DMX was sentenced to 20 months intensive probation with six months in jail, beginning March 16.

Defense attorney Glen Allen argued for rehab, saying, “If we never address the serious substance abuse issues that he has, this is an individual that we are going to see again in the wrong places. And we don’t want to see him back before Your Honor ever again.”

He may be released early if he’s accepted into an inpatient substance abuse program. The judge is reportedly open to sending DMX to a California treatment facility where Celebrity Rehab is taped, if he is accepted. Otherwise, DMX may undergo the Sheriff’s substance abuse treatment at the 4th Ave Jail.

NY Daily News: One of 50 Cent’s associates has been arrested after brutally assaulting a group of photographers who were waiting outside the rapper’s Copenhagen hotel.

The shutterbugs were attacked while waiting for Fitty to leave the Skt. Petri Hotel ahead of his performance in the Danish capital.

“I feared for my life,” photographer Nikoloj Vraar told RadarOnline.

“One of 50 Cent’s associates came out and told us to leave. The next thing I knew, he grabs my throat and tried to strangle me.”

“He cut off my airway, and I couldn’t breathe,” he added. “He took my camera and deleted photos.”

Danish police did not released the associate’s name but confirmed he worked for the bad boy rapper and has been charged with assaulting two photographers.

“The associate was arrested,” said Vraar, who is editor-in-chief for MSN Star Lounge.

He was taken to Copenhagen hospital to be checked out by doctors and said his next stop would be the police precinct.

“I will be going straight to the police station and complete whatever paperwork is necessary.”

In a recent interbviewon US TV ont of the host presses Gary about  domestic violence and being arrested . gary  told the lady to “Go fuck yourself” becasue he didnt wan to answer for what ever reason . Gary left . Didn’t  smack any one   (but he shoulda), didn’t kill anyone  (but he shoulda). Just told  some pest what she should do with her self because she had no respect for a guy that is smaller in stature .
