Welcome Folks, Dr Bootsie here, every week I shall try to give you a brief look at the world and some situations through my eyes.
This week the subject matter is Why do the youth of today not smell too good when they out raving. As a girl growing up when getting dressed to go out the ritual always began with a shower, in my favourite scent followed by the cream and finally the perfume. Sadly and alas I feel this doesnt happen anymore.
My evidence for this would be going to Bar Mint in Streatham and nearly dying once past the front door as the smell of fermented fruit from the cocktails and bad body odour mixed together really wasnt appealing. Instead of the bouncer being strict about your attire I feel his concern would’ve been better placed making sure people were not nasally intrusive. Oh yes did I mention that the average age of the crowd in the bar that night was probably 27yrs? I was saddened to realise that it was also the women who were the smelliest!
